Linda Wade cauthorne

Got my cosmetology license right after graduation, did hair professionally for a couple of years. I Married my high school sweetheart on May 17,1986 and started a new chapter in my life. I Made a career change and worked at Patterson Eye clinic for the next eight years, during that time Doug and I had two beautiful children Matthew and Terri better known to their friends and family as Chicken (because he and his dad raise show chickens ) and Tater. Once they started school the 10 and 12 hour days at the eye clinic got to be too much. I wanted a job that would allow me to spend more time with the kids soooooooooooo that's when I started driving a school bus. (which I never dreamed of doing) I have been driving for the past 15 years and for the most part love it. No weekends, no nights, off on hollidays, did i mention that i love snow days and the big plus.... henrico county pays me to go to the river, mountains or where ever ALL SUMMER LONG. So, that's been my life since high school, and for the most part I wouldn't change a thing.
